Fast Facts

Difficulty: Easy

Road Condition: Good

Distance: 12km

Hazards:

  • Traffic can move fast along Woodhill Mountain Road which doesn't have any verge to speak of. However, visibility is generally good and the road isn't too busy.

The Ride

Into The Vale is a great ride through one of Berry's hidden gems - Broughton Vale. The ride gently winds up the valley following the picturesque Broughton Vale creek.  This is a great ride if you have mixed abilities in the group.  See the Heart Starter ride for some good additions for those looking for a bit more challenge, but following the same route.

Directions

This is an out-and-back ride that gains gently in elevation out to the end point.
